Founder experience as award winning brand strategist, working in client roles for P&G and Virgin Management (Branson Family Office), and agency roles including Grey, McCann and Fallon, leading the strategy for global brands including Vodafone, McCain, and Skoda.
Academic expertise
Formed from the research community of the University of Oxford, our experts connect a range of inter-related disciplines including neuroscience, behavioural psychology, and culture and the arts. We also partner with researchers at University of South Carolina, who have specialist research capabilities for neurodivergent respondents. We are keen to work with any experts interested in this field, of any academic background.
Lived neurodivergence
Our founders and experts are themselves neurodivergent, across a range of conditions including autism, ADHD and dyslexia, bringing unique insight into the lived experience of neurodivergence, and in the context of each of their areas of specialism. While we have naturally drawn interest from within the neurodivergent community, we are keen to work with all talent interested in this field.
